− Es war außerordentlich schmutzig und ungepflegt.

5.0− Das nicht bei Boocking ersichtlich ist das die Appartements im Hinterhof und jedoch genau über einem Restaurant und einem in Social Media bekannten Döner Laden liegt. Was das schlafen bei offenen Fenster bei über 30 Grad in Berlin fast unmöglich gemacht haben.
