10.0The property is beautiful, the kitchen well equipped, the outside space was exceptional with plenty of seating, the pool got cleaned twice a week & was immaculate. The Villa is perfectly situated to visit the surrounding area by car & has plenty of shops a few minutes drive away. We were family of 7 with 2 small infants and had a fantastic holiday, the Villa was so nice we only ventured out a couple of times.

10.0The villa was fabulous inside and out. It had a bedroom downstairs and toilet. A lounge area with a kitchen also with a laundry room (if you needed it). The upstairs was airy with three bedrooms and another toliet with ensuite. Excellent full balcony - the pool was fabulous 👌 Everything was so modern and efficient from the arrival to leaving it was so easy ans safe. Very quiet area so lovely chilled evenings on the balcony. Kids house and play area which was amazing for kids. A large area for outside dining and a bbq - which we didnt opt to use but honestly everything was available. Exceptional location and villa and host. If youre thinking of booking, just do it. You wont regret it.
− Nothing about the villa...honestly the service was exceptional. I would recommend a car for local driving. Everything which is needed is within walking distance 5-10 mins so is very manageable. We went to a local water park and rented a car for a few days. When returning rather than getting a taxi to and from the villa we'd rent a car from the airport. But no fault, just family preference.

10.0The villa was lovely and modern and within a 10 minute walk to the local bars, restaurants, shops, etc. The pool was very welcoming as it was very hot whilst we were there.
− Nothing negative at all about the villa. Just a shame it wasn’t closer to a beach/promenade, but I was aware of this at booking. Believe there used to be a free bus to the beach, but this was not running during our stay.

8.0It is exactly like appearing at pictures. Very comfortable and easy to manage everything due to precise instructions book available at the property and prepared by the tenancy in different languages. Fully equipped, the house is great relaxing and quite place to stay with big family or group of friends to enjoy the stay together and use it as a base for daily trips to Murcia, Elche, Alicante or other places. Cars recommended.
