9.0Located on the banks of Ashtamudi lake... All rooms are with lake view balconies. Staff are well mannered and polite. Overall experience was nice.
− Restaurant menu are bit overpriced and takes too much time for room delivery. However restaurant staff are willing to go an extra mile with their service...

10.0An excellent stay experience. Children loved the pool. All the staff were very welcoming and courteous right from Greeshma at reception, house keeping staff and the staff at the boating. The breakfast buffet also had a good spread. Thank You so much for the pleasant time!!

8.0Beautifully maintained property with stunning backwater views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were courteous and attentive, and the food was excellent. The pool and other facilities were well maintained, and the hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended.
− The only suggestion would be to add a fan or air conditioning to the spa waiting area, as it was quite hot and uncomfortable while waiting.
