1.0− Unfortunately, my stay was not a pleasant experience. The owner did not mention that the property is a shared house with another guest staying in the next room. The guest next door was very noisy throughout the night, making it difficult for me to sleep. I believe this should be clearly stated in the listing so guests can make an informed decision before booking. Additionally, I had to pay a RM300 security deposit, which was only refunded after more than 24 hours. It would have been better if the refund process had been faster or clearly explained in advance. I hope the owner be more transparent about the shared accommodation and providing clearer information regarding the security deposit.

− water hose was broken hose locked the kitchen cabinet with no reason very difficult to access the key typical condo, prking is located at 3rd floor if not mistaken. very hard to reach
