Really special place, best stay ever.
10.0Fantastic welcome breakfast hamper which had a lovely selection of goodies that did us breakfast for a few days! Beautiful area, stunning views in a peaceful rural location yet accessible for travel and sightseeing. Cabin is immaculate, everything you need cooking wise, cosy log burner and really comfy beds. Outside area was amazing, enclosed spacious garden which was perfect for our two dogs. Seating areas front and back so you can follow the sun! The hot tub was lush, checked daily and the perfect place to watch the sun go down with a liquid refreshment! The outdoor wood fired heater/barbecue grill is an excellent piece of kit and produced the best flavour for our steaks enjoyed with a delicious dressed lobster from The lobster shop, Johnshaven! A big thank you to our lovely host Lorna! Appreciated her local knowledge and recommendations for walks from the doorstep. You can tell how much love and hard work has gone into the cabin just a fantastic place x

The perfect wee break from city life
9.0We loved how clean the cottage was and how lovely everything smelled! The hot tub was amazing and everything was organised and very easy and accessible!
− Could use a pair of tongs for cooking lol. That’s is the only thing it didn’t have !
