10.0Exceptional host — truly went above and beyond Pietro is an absolutely wonderful host and one of the kindest people we met during our trip. He was always available, responded quickly and did everything he could to help us. When our car window was smashed in Rome, he immediately helped us find a safer way to park and provided materials to cover the broken window. He also helped us with our laundry and allowed us to stay well beyond the normal check-out time so our luggage remained safe while the car was being repaired. His communication was clear, the instructions for parking and entering the accommodation were very helpful, and he genuinely cared about our comfort throughout the stay. This level of hospitality is rare. We are extremely grateful and would recommend Pietro and his accommodation without hesitation. Thank you again for everything!
