The place was absolutely wonderful — fantastic location, very clean, and everything was exactly as expected (or even better!). I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views but beware of the driveway.

We loved the view from the property out to the water. The kids loved watching the ferries.

− There was no prior mention about the driveway being difficult. We booked it as a respite from our motorhome journey, and found it very difficult and stressful to drive up. The plastic cups had mould in them and there was a half drunk water bottle on the mantel when we arrived.

Dangerous driveway leading up to the property and the house is freezing! We left straight away!

− WE LEFT WITHIN FIVE MINUTES! PROPERTY IS UNSAFE AND OWNERS REFUSE TO REPLY TO ANY COMMUNICATIONS. The driveway up to the property needs to come with a warning. It is extremely dangerous. We got stuck half way up, where there is a sharp turn and the ground is covered in moss and slippery. With long drops on the side of the driveway we had to get out of the car and walk back down to get someone to help us. The next half of the driveway was no better!! You would never be able to get up there in the dark or rain without putting yourself at risk! At the top, there are a set of slippery concrete steps to get up to the house. These are also very dangerous and need to come with a warning. It took a long time to get the lock box to open and the keys out, as it was very old and stuck and the owner did not answer for ages. When we FINALLY got in, the house was freezing! One small heat pump for the house, but there are no curtains and lots of windows so it wasn't going to warm up in any hurry. We were in town for a dance competition and was going to be coming and going regularly from the property but it was too dangerous to stay so we left straight away and was faced with finding somewhere else to stay two days before a long weekend. Nightmare situation! We told the owner straight away and they DID NOT even reply and are refusing to refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Prachtige plek, verouderd huis, in de basis ruim maar heeft zeer veel onderhoud nodig.

− Er was verteld dat de oprit heel stijl was. Maar dat was niet alleen het probleem. er zat een haarspeld bocht in wat onmogelijk te nemen is met een volgeladen busje. DIt moet echt vermeld worden in de beschrijving.

The Drive way was a challenge but we got used too it. The views we're stunning and the Sunsets, The birds in the surrounding tree we're so close and beautiful

− Somthing beyond you're control I'm afraid we did have a little trouble with ants, so everything went in the fridge inc the cereal. 😄

Super mooi uitzicht, gezellig ruim huis.

Het uitzicht was geweldig, nog nooit zo'n mooie zonsondergang gezien! Heel erg veel ruimte, met veel mogelijkheden om buiten te genieten van de prachtige omgeving. Gezellig huis, leuk ingericht.

− Sommige dingen hadden wat onderhoud nodig, en de badkamer was niet heel erg schoon.
