− No hot running water. No gas. Poor communication from host. Blinds in bedroom all broken. Garden extremely overgrown. Host was obtuse and difficult to contact. Expected us to sort the hot water.

3.0The kitchen was in good condition and reasonably supplied. The bed linen and towels were clean.
− The condition of the house and the state of the 'garden'. One of the bedrooms stank of cigarettes. The window blind in the front bedroom was smashed up. The front of the house was strewn with litter, cigarette ends, beer cans. The TV did not work. Some of the light bulbs were missing. The ping-pong table was broken. The supplied comforter was smelly. The bedroom storage units were useless. The downstairs lavatory light was broken.
