Für mich gut gelegen daher war die Lage für mich völlig in Ordnung. Man muss aber das Ländlich mögen. Wir lieben es! Www

− Das der Parkplatz im Hof nicht befahrbar war, weil das Tor defekt war. Aber es gab einen Parkplatz gegenüber was OK war.

We are more than satisfied with the accommodation. The house is located on a hillside, so the view is wonderful. The host responded quickly to all our requests, and upon arrival, lactose-free milk and welcome sweets were provided. They were happy to accommodate all our requests, and the place was clean and smelled nice. They also provided us with shower gel and shampoo. We wanted to barbecue, which we had mentioned to them in advance, so that if they had used it, it would be ready for us upon arrival, and a new grill was waiting for us. We informed the accommodation provider that we would like to use the jacuzzi, and a freshly cleaned jacuzzi was waiting for us. The neighbors did not disturb us, the area is very quiet, the sunsets are wonderful, and the jacuzzi is more than enjoyable.

− The jacuzzi didn't work right away, but we fixed it and were able to use it. It's good to have some driving experience, because the road is quite winding after the highway.

Confortable y unas vistas inmejorables

A pesar de estar en lo alto del pueblo de Güímar estaba muy bien situado tanto para ir hacia el norte como hacia el sur. Recomendable si quieres ver el cielo estrellado y no estar en la zona más turística.

− Para llegar hay unas cuantas curvas y cuestas, pero después de unos días te acostumbras. Hace un más frío que en el sur, pero por su ubicación.

The property is in a quite area.

− The road to the property is challenging for a tourist. When we arrived in the first day, it smelled like damp and everything felt wet, the towels in the bathroom smelled badly as well as bedsheets. The property itself was dirty, everything from the floor stuck to the feet and was unpleasant. On a second day we wanted to try jacuzzi but it had an error. Property manager was contacted and he suggested to wash filter with the hose. When we took out the filter, it looked like it has not been changed for some time and walls of the tub were slimy. We asked to change the filter, they changed it next day but did not clean the tub walls so we didn’t use it. Also we came across the problem with A/C, it gave a crackling sound. Property manager said he will come to look into it but in the end noone came. Overall, very dissapointing experience.
