Rubbish, most likely a scam. Do not book
1.0Awful, Booked this property and got sent the codes for the lockbox. When we arrived we saw they had removed all the lockbox's/ code so we couldn't enter the property (See pictures). Tried to call the hosts and the phone numbers we had been sent were incorrect. Absolutely no contact from the hosts at all and we were left stranded in Southampton at 7pm. and had to pay lots of money for emergency accom elsewhere. Still no contact or apology from this terrible accommodation. Awful, i hope no one else goes through this

The location was good but the unit was extremely dirty In view of this a refund would be appreciated
2.0Location
− I had to buy bleach cleaner and clean the unit. I swept the floor and got quite a lot of debris off it. Under the mattress on the bed was discussing and looked like it had never been cleaned out. The bathroom had body hair all through the shower. The refrigerator had food left in it. The rubbish bin in the kitchen was full of rubbish. The bed was obviously not made up and the towels had a bad smell to them. We remade the bed with our own linen and used our own towels. There was no remote control for the television. Nor was there a hairdryer or internet. So our stay was very unsatisfactory

3.0It was clean and a short walk from the city centre.
− The front door is broken, so anyone can walk in, the tv doesn’t work, there was no WiFi, and a leak started in the middle of my second night from the ceiling. The host takes forever to communicate or ignores you completely. The phone number doesn’t work and they don’t respond to emails only communicating via booking.com. When I informed them about the leak they sent a handyman round at 10pm at night. I was a lone female so I didn’t let him in (he was a nice chap bit no). I left after 2/3 nights and booked a hotel because honestly i just was miserable. It’s not even low budget!!!! £270 for 3 nights and it didn’t even have WiFi. Wild. It was like a hostel.
