− The pool top step on the ladder was broken

− The wifi was not connecting I tried to call the service line and was never put through waited to long.
Worst shower my husband’s ever had was here
6.0Location was pretty good. We wanted to be near Old Market area.
− Our first room had very loud young next door occupants and the shower was not working well. The pressure in the shower was super low. Turning up the water to its max made the water scalding hot yet still way low pressure. My husband said it was the worst shower he’s ever had. The 2 people I was messaging about fixing the problem did not follow through, so I wasted over an hour waiting for someone from maintenance to come by. After calling about this, someone did come up within 15 minutes.
