Stay was ok. Host was responsive. Need for spring cleaning .

− There is need to do spring cleaning before another guest arrives. Dust in most places. Some things left under the bed in one bedroom. Stains on walls.

Unfortunately, The Booking did not deal seriously and responsibly
1.0− The payment details for my stay are clearly outlined in the “Price” section of the booking confirmation. As shown there, I was automatically charged CAD 300 for a pet fee and CAD 220 for a cleaning fee. However, I did not have any pets with me during my stay, and according to the “Important Information” section of the same document, the pet fee should be CAD 200 per pet per stay, not CAD 300 35 days ago and many emails The booking were not processed properly which is against the laws that protect the customer
Absolutely excellent.
10.0We loved the neighbourhood and the location. The property was amazing, so much space for us. The 5 girls actually all slept in the master bedroom. It was huge and spacious and luxurious, they loved it. Loved the open plan of the property, able to prepare breakfast and be part of the conversation. Host were responsive when an additional pan was needed.
Very disappointed.
3.0Lovely home in a nice neighbourhood.
− No toilet paper provided. Not well stocked at all in regards to kitchen supplies. Wi-Fi didn’t work. No dressers in bedrooms; had to keep everything on the floor. Hostess response time very slow.
