Terrible experience with bed bugs

− Bed bugs and unacceptable customer service. Avoid this property and Urban Stay. We found adult bed bugs, eggs, and baby bed bugs, which suggests the infestation had been there for some time. We have photos and videos documenting what we saw. Urban Stay claimed they had never heard about a bed bug problem at the property and that no previous guests had reported one. Bites appeared after our very first night. We called and escalated the issue, but no one got back to us over the weekend. We were left suffering and unable to sleep until Monday, when they finally sent an exterminator. They then claimed the problem had been resolved, yet that very same night, we saw numerous bed bugs throughout the property. We left the following day. To make matters worse, on our departure day, they gave us just two hours’ notice to vacate while I was out on business. I had to rush back, pack all our belongings, and move in the middle of the day. Despite the infestation and sleepless nights, they still charged us for the nights we spent there suffering. I agreed to pay for the first night and requested a full refund for the remainder of the stay, but they refused. Booking.com was also unable to help us resolve the situation or secure the refund we requested. In our experience, booking through them did not provide the support or protection we expected when something went seriously wrong. This was a deeply distressing experience, made worse by poor communication, treatment that failed to resolve the infestation, and the way our departure and refund request were handled. I strongly advise against booking this property or staying with Urban Stay.

− Had issues with the door lock on two separate days. The maitance came out but also said they have had issues with the lock. Did not have a vie. Was expecting a view. Was on ground floor. No windows

10.0Very clean, great facilities and an amazing location. Property was very accommodating letting me stay a little longer for a later check out last minute and extremely helpful even after the stay. Couldn’t fault the stay at all definitely recommend this stay!
