8.0Location excellent.
− Very outdated. Walls are dirty, mold in the shower, no AC in the second bedroom.
Guest review
8.0The location is great, and the view of Sagrada Familia is amazing. Really convenient for small shops and cafes.
− The lift is the weakest point in the rental. Although it works, it's frightening, and by taking 2 cm jumps upwards, it reaches the first floor in 2 minutes. We booked this rental because we needed a lift for my 85 year old mother. After the first experience, she was too frightened to use it again. Simply, if you need to use a lift, don't rent this property. There is also a surprise fee against damages. Initially we received a contract with the fee doubled. This was rectified after I pointed it out. But this was at the end of a long contract sent only in Spanish. Lastly, even with the windows closed the noise from the street is really loud. With heavy traffic all through the night it's difficult to sleep. We accepted that as the downside of being in the center.
