Location and neighborhood are great. stairs are steep, narrow and dangerous. Not a value for money.
4.0Location was amazing, close to Victoria station and nice pubs and restaurants
− Uncomfortable beds (old squeaky mattresses)and pillows (hard and lumpy). One of the bathrooms was tiny and layout was very impractical (during showering water splashed everywhere due to shower cabin missing a door or curtains). Stairs leading downstairs were steep and dangerous. Steps were super narrow, some were damaged on the edge which is not visible as they were covered by the carpet. However, you might feel it when stepping as your feet might slide down. The green emergency exit light in one of the bedrooms was placed not above the door but above the wardrobe and shined directly into the eyes which was very uncomfortable at night. Moreover, there was a window in the ceiling to allow more light in the room. To cover it up at night, there was a blind roller with a long control stick hanging down from the ceiling and reaching the face level.

9.0Well located. Easy access. Im good condition and very clean. Lots of space with 3 double bedrooms.
− The property was great. Maybe a little expensive for the time we got. Stayed one night, check in at 4 and check out 10.
