Disappointing, would never recommend

This accommodation was such a disappointment

− I’d booked for 3 nights and ended up leaving after the 2nd night. The people upstairs were constantly stomping around their apartment, even in the middle of the night and then again at 5:30/6am. I honestly thought they would come through the ceiling it was that loud. Then there were the people next to us, the walls are so thin you can hear everything, and when I say everything I mean everything!!!!! Then there’s the air conditioner noise you have to contend with as well. In fact, the vent in the bedroom is so rusted I wondered what I was breathing in as I woke up each morning with a huge headache. Don’t bother trying to wash your hands or brush your teeth in the bathroom sink. The faucet is so small that it barely reaches into the basin and the water pressure is almost nonexistent. The pillows need replacing, they were that used they’d lost all support. The bed sheets are micro fibre which are just cheap and felt awful to sleep on. I notified the owners about the noise and that I was leaving a night earlier, their response was disappointing. They mentioned there was a no noise policy from 9pm to 9am and that they’d “look into it” I don’t expect a refund for one night but the words “sorry to hear this, is there anything we can do” would have gone a long way. So in summary, I would not recommend this apartment to anyone and I would never contemplate staying here ever again!!!!!!

Very reasonable cost and accurate photos.

− Courtyard needed lots of cosmetic improvements. Very easy to hear people walking above us.
