Buchung einfach und effizient. Gute sichere Lage. Klimaanlagen funktionieren perfekt. Housekeeping jederzeit verfügbar. Sehr hilfsbereit und nett.

− WC im Untergeschoß, Spülkasten funktionierte nicht. Wasserdruck allgemein etwas gering. Vielleicht etwas abgelegen, wenn man Aktion sucht. Code-Schloss hat nicht funktioniert, Preis vielleicht 10% bis 15% zu hoch.

A total bust, as the phone number and email address were never attended, allowing us to have a key.

− We searched for the site, but the information was totally inadequate as it is one of many houses in a new development. The sub-division security guards had no idea where it was, but tried to help, using a bicycle to look for a house that matched the photos. Finally it was found. We called many times the phone number given, but no response. I sent a "HELP" to the email that was given, and no response. Without a key, tte property was inaccessible. After three hours of trying, we gave up and looked for another place to stay, losing the equivalent of $80 US, and leaving a very bitter taste in our months towards Booking.com which says that will never reimburse. We've learned a very expensive lesson, and will never use booking again.

집이 위치한곳이 보안요원이 지키고 있는 마을내에 위치하고 있어서 안전하게 느껴졌습니다.. 집 내부구성은 전체적으로 좋았습니다. 필리핀 보통 집들처럼 닭도 울지 않았고 도로에 유기견, 유기묘가 돌아다니지도 않았습니다.

− 패브릭 소파에 진드기가 있는지 자꾸 가려워서 이용을 못했어요. 1층 욕실의 자쿠지는 고장이나서 사용을 못하였습니다. 2층 욕실의 온수기도 고장이나서 사용을 못하였습니다. 1층 세탁기를 이용할때는 콘센트가 합선되어 불이난후 콘센트가 작동이 안되었습니다.
