Clean and comfortable and in a convenient location for our purposes
8.0The property was clean and the beds comfortable. There was a heater for the lounge. The tumble dryer was very helpful for drying the clothes. The apartment is fairly close to the main gate.
− It is south facing (not ideal in South Africa) and so was very cold as it was winter, particularly in the bedrooms, where there were no heaters. The facilities listed a hairdryer and toiletries, neither of which was present.
Uncomfrotable
4.0− Host communication was terse and minimal. The place was cold - no heaters, no rugs on the floors, only one extra blanket each Tea, sugar, sunlight liquid minimal, inadequate for four people in the middle of winter Very noisy fan in the bathroom - needs to be looked at. We were travelling with an elderly person, so we thought a ground floor place would be ideal, but there were two sets of steps with no railings to get to the apartment, which made coming and going very difficult.
The owner is just one phone call away, the reception is excellent.
6.0It is near the shops and the security is tight
− The washing machine needs to be serviced including the dryer, other than that everything was ok.

It was a bit tricky getting Netflix to work and there weren’t enough towels, but the staff were awesome!
