Spacious and clean apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Great location for hiking in the western Dolomites.

− Beds are too soft. WiFi signal could be better. Garbage dump is on the other side of town.

− Manque de matériel (toaster) et usure du matériel (sèche linge). Les lumières électriques au dessus des lavabos ne fonctionnaient pas. Aucune fourniture pour le lave-linge, ni dans la cuisine (sel, poivre, huile). Le matelas du lit 1 place était trop mou.

El apartamento está bien, tal cual se ve en las fotos. Hubo dos cosas negativas: la primera que faltaban cosas básicas (papel de cocina, gel/champú, pastillas de lavavajillas que sí había pero justísimo para los días que estábamos o detergente para ropa que directamente no había habiendo lavadora).

− Le escribimos por whatsapp nada más llegar porque faltaban unas sábanas y nos contestó al momento y nos dijo que cualquier cosa le escribiéramos, a las horas le escribimos para saber si podía darnos detergente de ropa y nunca más contestó, incluso cuando le escribí para decirle que nos íbamos y le agradecí por la estancia, no hubo respuesta. Eso fue bastante feo, puesto que nos dijo que cualquier cosa le escribiéramos.

The property was super clean and the property manager was very responsive. Just for travelers not aware of the apartment rentals in the Dolomites. You will have to bring basic house essentials to wash plates, do laundry, paper towels and body wash to shower. They supply toilet paper though. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook meals which we did since we had children. The apartment has a washer only with a clothes line to hang clothes. They had blinds at every window that completely shuts out the light so you can have the room dark for sleep, helpful with small children. There is thermostat control to each room which was nice as my husband and I disagree on temperature settings at home but with this option, we didn’t 🙂. Property manager preference of communication is WhatsApp, recommend getting as Italy uses this heavily. We traveled off season, just a tip for travelers. Hours on Google for shops are not the “real hours”. Those are for height of season hours, shops close are 6/6:30 pm instead of 7/7:30 pm listed on Google for off season. Open in the morning around 9-12:15 pm and close for afternoon but reopen around 4/4:30 pm. If you want to grab groceries would recommend grabbing when arriving to avoid not having any.

− One bed was uncomfortable due to not having a mattress pad. The other room had a mattress pad which made the bed super comfortable.

El alojamiento excelente

− había jabón en el baño para lavarse las manos. Además, después de las 5 de la tarde no hay supermercados abiertos en la zona, por lo que es algo que un alojamiento debería tener sí o sí. También tuvimos la experiencia de que, en otros lugares, suelen dejar al menos café, té o algunos sobres de azúcar como atención de bienvenida para el primer día. Son detalles simples que hacen más cómoda la llegada y que este alojamiento podría mejorar
