9.0Nos ayudaron mucho con la comida sin gluten para mis dos hijas celíacas, no tuvimos problemas , hubo muy buena disponibilidad y atención del chef Sebastián , y en el restaurant de Félix y María José. También nos ayudaron a organizar los paseos los guías Eduardo y Sebastián . El hotel es cómodo y está cerca del centro , a 10 minutos en bicicleta .
Rude and slow staff, poor facilities, and overall poor experience.
1.0Virtually nothing
− Staff were rude, unfriendly, and not proactive. The venue had an odd smell. Booking activities was a tedious process, with very poor communication from the hotel. They also messed up my luggage, keeping it outside in a sandstorm when I asked for it to be stored with the concierge, and made no effort to apologize. As a whole, I have had a very poor experience at this self-proclaimed 5-star hotel.
