9.0Got a free upgrade to en suite which was much preferred. Room came with utensils, pans etc which hosts had confirmed prior to commencement.
− Maintenance guy wandered into the room because they forgot I was in a different room.

For bookings with check-in dates from January 1- July 1 and September 1 - December 31, this property can only accept students. After completing your booking, you will be required to submit a Student ID, Letter of Enrollment, and/or Acceptance Letter, along with basic information for verification via the guest portal. Failure to provide valid student documentation may result in cancellation in line with the cancellation policy.
For bookings with check-in dates between July 1- August 31, non-student guests can also be accommodated. A standard government-issued ID will be required for verification purposes.
