Brilliant location, not a welcoming start to our vavation which is disappointing given it’s an expensive apartment expe
7.0The location of this property is great, and the setting is stunning.
− The communication between ourselves and the property owner was poor. The property owner had not told the management of the complex we had booked. On arrival we were told there was no record of our booking, which meant they had to contact the owner and then send for a cleaner. We waited 3 hours to check in as the property had not been cleaned and prepared for our arrival. Overall it wasn’t a great start, and nothing was prepared for us including ensuring there was drinking water. I also contacted booking.com via message to ask what to do when we arrived - but they did big respond.
