1.0Only Restaurant Workers and Security Guards behaviour were good.
− The hotel should improve staff behavior and customer communication. The booking should clearly mention which rooms are river-facing. The room and swimming pool were not clean, and Front Desk staff seemed unfriendly. Male staff is liar and female front desk staff thinks she rule the place with smug face. For the price charged, the room quality and facilities did not offer good value for money.
