10.0Nog mooier dan op de foto’s. Het Zwembad, hoe alles was onderhouden, de voorzieningen. En uiteraard de padelbaan waarbij er ook al voldoende ballen en rackets aanwezig zijn. Al met al echt ge-wel-dig!
− Het is seizoens gebonden, maar veel vliegen(geen muggen) en als je een lage auto bezit. De oprit is wat bijzonder aangelegd met een stalen knobbel, dit kan de bodem van een auto behoorlijk beschadigen.

9.0Great location and house with easy access to Umbria and Tuscany and the local villages. Really comfortable house with a great pool and gardens.
− The flies for the first few days were pretty bad but then got better, not sure if the weather changed that or the hosts sprayed the area. If the latter it would have been better done pre-stay. You're in the forest so expect some other wildlife.
