Der Aufenthalt war wirklich super und das Apartment war auch sehr schön eingerichtet.
9.0Die Lage des Apartments war super, direkt neben der U-Bahn-Station. Das Apartment liegt in einer sehr schönen Gegend in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Umliegend gibt es auch sehr schöne Restaurants und es sind auch sehr viele Lebensmittelläden in der nähe. Auch der Check-in in mit der App hat super funktioniert.
− Schade war das es auf der Dachterasse keine Sonnenschirme gab da es Tagsüber sehr sonnig war und fast keine Schattenplätze verfügbar waren. Und teils Steckdosen waren nicht mehr stabil und kamen aus der Wand heraus.

− la calle donde esta ubicado el departamento es un poco desolada, y tiene un colegio maternal justo enfrente, en donde temprano a la mañana hay niños gritando y llorando.Las camas son muy malas, el departamento mal decorado, poco encantador. ademas hay que subir dos pisos de escalera muy angosta.
This was the best appartment I've ever rented for a short stay.
10.0I loved the appartment and also the mobile app AKILES for unlocking all doors. You need just to push the street door, after you unlock it via the app (it works after a bit of fumbling around; we were lucky that somebody else showed us how it works). Apt 2-2 (2nd floor, apt no 2) has air conditioning in each room and in the kitchen. Washing machine and dishwasher are also in the apt. You have the opportunity to leave the luggage if the Lobby if you arrive before 15:00 or leave after 11:00. The location is very good: metro, bus station, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and many many shops nearby.
− The building is old with pretty steep and narrow stairs and no elevator. You get to hear the neighbours coming and going, but other than that, the appartment is pretty quiet. I'm happy that I could pack my big luggage (22.5kg) in the Lobby. I've carried it up the stairs half empty and down the stairs also half empty.
we had a pleasant stay. the flat was clean and well located
7.0− The setup is made with a link using an App that doesnt work - i have spent at least 1h on the phone centre trying to open the door. they gave a case number? had to call at midnight. not very helpful and expensive because of unnecesary roamming use.
