La villa est magnifique et l’équipe est au petits soins nous avons apprécié les petits cadeaux de bienvenu. Il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait pour cuisiner et aussi essuie tout, papier toilette, enfin tout les petits détails qu’ils ne sont pas obligé de mettre y était et cela a vraiment facilité notre arrivée dans le logement. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour

− Si je dois trouver un point négatif je dirai que les lumières extérieurs et intérieur sont très difficile à gérer lorsqu’on en éteint une cela allume une autre et le soir c’était toujours un casse tête pour tout éteindre mais cela n’a pas gâché le séjour mais il faut le notifier.

Nice holiday and would definitely consider Madeira Sun villa again.

Superbe Villa

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette superbe villa avec piscine à Madère. L’endroit est calme, idéal pour se reposer. La maison est spacieuse, très bien entretenue et parfaitement équipée, tout était fonctionnel, de la cuisine moderne aux installations extérieures. Confort au rendez-vous, literie de qualité, à 45min en voiture de Funchal mais idéal pour explorer le nord de l’île plus sauvage. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter !!! PS : coucher de soleil depuis la piscine avec vue sur océan magnifique

Die ruhige Lage, die gute Ausstattung und das Bett war sehr bequem und die Aussicht ist natürlich genial.

− Anfangs war es sehr kühl, nach Aktivierung der Heizung über die Klima war es dann sehr angenehm.

The villa is was beautiful, spacious, and designed in a modern style, just like in the pictures. It is located in a quiet and peaceful area. The customer service team was kind and responded quickly during our stay.

− 1. The heating in the downstairs living room and kitchen area was not working, which was quite uncomfortable since we stayed in February. In the evenings, the temperature was around 22-23°C, which was not warm enough to relax in the living room. It was also unpleasant to return to a cold house after a rainy day. After multiple messages and repair attempts, we finally received a small electric heater more than halfway through our stay. Additionally, one of the bedrooms had no heating at all, and on our last night, the heating stopped working in all bedrooms. For such a modern and new accommodation, this level of heating failure is unacceptable. Furthermore, the heating system should be checked before guests arrive to ensure it is functioning properly. The electric heater should have been offered much sooner, rather than after several days of discomfort. 2. On Booking.com, it was stated that there was a heated pool, which was one of the main reasons we chose this accommodation. However, there were several issues with it. First, when we arrived, the person who handed us the keys had no information on how to heat the pool and told us to contact customer service. When we did, we were informed that heating the pool cost an additional €40 per day and had to be booked for a minimum of five days. This extra charge was not mentioned anywhere on Booking.com. They also warned us that the maximum temperature would be 25°C, but due to the outdoor weather and the lack of a pool cover, it might be a few degrees lower. Despite this, we decided to go ahead with the heating. Unfortunately, the water temperature barely changed. In the evening, the outside temperature was around 15°C, but the pool felt even colder, even after running the heating for a full day. After a few days, since the pool did not warm up at all, they told us we wouldn’t have to pay for it. However, this meant that we couldn’t use the pool at all during our 7-night stay. 3.
