Probably, the owner didn't want to spend utility bills that's why she didn't let me use the heater. The owner said that if I didn't like it I could leave. I didn't want to get into a fight with the owner, so I borrowed a blanket from a friend to keep warm.But I woke up the coldness in the middle of the night. So I told the owner that there was no heater and it was very cold. Finally, she told me where the heater controller was and how to use it.The heater controller was hidden. On the second day, we were able to use the heater finally. There is a washing machine downstairs. You put in 50 cents and it runs for 30 minutes, but when the money runs out, it automatically shuts off and you can't even open it. If you don't manage the time properly, you will not be able to open it and you will have to put in another 50 cents to open it.You can't use the washing machine or dryer without 50 cents. The washing machine shows the time, but the dryer doesn't show the time even if you put money in, so it's better to set the timer right away. There's no explanation for things like this.😢
