Komische Kommunikation und Umstände, aber Schöne Einliegerwohnung
6.0Sauberkeit, Lage, Küchenausstattung, Erreichbarkeit
− Vermieter wollte in Bar eine zusätzliche Sicherheit von 100€ von uns, allerdings ohne eine Quittung/Bestätigung darüber auszustellen. Wir haben auf eine Quittung bestanden, nach viel hin und her hat er dann darauf verzichtet. Die Dusche war kalt. Vermieter sagte, das Wasser könne grad nur mit Sonne geheizt werden, weil Boiler kaputt. Sonne war nicht da, also kaltes Wasser. Für den Preis finde ich geht das nicht! Keine Handseife, keine Lappen, nach Toilettenpapier musste ich fragen. Vermieter wohnen oben drüber, der Garten und Auffahrt wird alles gemeinsam genutzt- alles kein Ding aber es gibt keine Gardinen oder Plissees, sodass immer jemand reinschauen könnte. Die Kommunikation war nicht angenehm, alle Dinge die nicht gut liefen hat er abgetan und runtergespielt als wäre es selbstverständlich und okay z.B. keine warme Dusche zu haben. Es wurde sich gewünscht, dass wir den Schlüssel draußen stecken lassen, finde ich auch unangebracht und komisch. Haben wir auch nicht gemacht.
