Loved the apartment and the location!
9.0The apartment is very well situated, an easy walk from the train station and to nearby waterfront. We walked everywhere! It was spacious for our family of four (us parents and two adult children), the flat was clean and well appointed. There are many convenience stores nearby to buy groceries. The owner was very responsive and accommodating and we will definitely return when we travel back to Plymouth!

10.0Lovely comfortable apartment with really nice decor. Great size rooms. Very nice having a seperate shower room for each of the 2 bedrooms. Great location for the city centre and The Hoe. Convenient paid for parking outside and other car parks very close by.
− Couple of items missing/bulb broken but very minor. Brought there to the attention of the contact who was grateful. The apartment's front door (not the main building door) opens inward and if you push and have your fingers on the edge of the door you risk getting fingers trapped /squashed on an internal archway. But that was my mistake and only did it once.

− No storage in either bedrooms for any clothes. Needs to have at least some drawers but hanging space would be great too.

1.0− Although advertised as having parking we had to park on a public car park the proprietor said they would reimburse us but it was only after contacting booking.com and saying we had a screen shot of the message offering to reimburse us ( the message had since been deleted) dud we receive our refund

9.0Everything! It’s Felt special and luxurious. Close to restaurants and shopping. Close to the Hoe. Good value for money.
