6.0Posizione comoda per raggiungere il sud della Francia. Comodo parcheggio interno alla struttura. Appartamento spazioso con due bagni e ampio terrazzo. Gentilissima la signora che ci ha accolti.
− A nostro parere l'appartamento andrebbe un pò svecchiato con arredi più moderni e rimodernato nel bagno. La cucina era poi completamente sguarnita da utensili per cucinare qualcosa. Il frigo completamente vuoto, neppure una bottiglia d'acqua.
Sicuramente ritorneremo, è il settimo anno che torniamo a Latte.
8.0Appartamento con accesso diretto,senza scale o gradini.,Parcheggio per l'auto interno al cortile e comodo per il carico/scarico dei bagagli.Super accessoriato,con due forni,lavatrice,lavastoviglie,asse e ferro da stiro,aspirapolvere e asciugacapelli.Buon assortimento di piatti,tazze,bicchieri,ecc. Comodo terrazzo con possibilità di pranzare fuori.Tv e internet funzionanti.Vicini educati. Zanzariere alle finestre.
− le porte interne sono da sistemare e quella sul terrazzo chiude male. Il bagno è un po' piccolo

8.0Pur essendo vicina a due importanti strade la sera si sentono gracidare le rane. Ambienti ampi e una bella veranda.
− L'impianto idraulico sarebbe da migliorare.
