5.0− I didn't like the tone of message 'will be charged' for arriving early, I didn't like the fact that messages in the visitors book had been continually ignored, noisy extractor fan, loose toilet seat, no bread knife, no welcome pack !!!

9.0Great comfortable property with a lot of things in kitchen / whatever you needed it was there.
− Toilet seat loose but it seemed from the guest book this has been raised some time back and not been sorted. Extractor fan in bathroom was very noisy when light turned on.
