10.0O apartamento é simplesmente maravilhoso! A vista é deslumbrante e a localização em Niterói é perfeita, bem em frente à praia. O flat é muito elegante, bem decorado, extremamente limpo e equipado com tudo o que precisávamos para uma estadia confortável durante essas duas noites. O processo de check-in foi super fácil e fomos muito bem recebidos.

10.0We had a wonderful stay and would happily return, for sure! The apartment was spotless, exactly as pictured, and even more comfortable in person. The bed was great and we always slept well. The location made everything easy: quiet at night but close to everything we wanted to reach during the day. The host Ruan was responsive and thoughtful, quick to answer every question and clearly attentive to the small details that make a difference. Check-in was smooth and stress-free, which was great. Highly recommended, and a place we'll remember :) Thanks for everything

− Nao gostei das camas pouco duras e do chuveiro que nao esquentou, o guarda roupa poderia ficar aberto quando nao estivesse ninguem para sair o cheiro de mofo.
Excellent apartment with sea view
10.0We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and perfectly equipped. It's also very quiet and ideally located, which is a real plus. Communication with Ruan, the host, was easy, quick, and efficient from beginning to end. We highly recommend this apartment and would gladly return.
