Ubicacion y estilo.

− Acceso complicado tanto a estacionamiento como al apartamenteo, elevedor, etc. Cucarachas en uno de los baños. Y LO MAS IMPORTANTE, QUE NO ME COMPARTEN FACTURA Y LO PEOR, QUE NI SIQUIERA SABEN COMO HACERLO, PORQUE EN PLAN DE TRABAJO, SE OCUPA PARA COMPROBACION DE GASTOS. NADA RECOMENDABLE, Y ALGO QUE HACE PEOR LA COSA, ES QUE EL RESPONSABLE TERMINA POR INGORAR SOLICITUD DE CLIENTE Y NO APOYA PARA NADA.

Location and view was great. It was easy to attend the futbol game. Clean and comfortable.

The view was the only good thing

− Water did not get hot enough, stove took forever to cook on, door on one room could not open from inside, knifes were useless as they were all daul, beds were not comfortable, said bed was a queen and at best was a double or twin, pool was not in operation and has not been for a long time, only 1 elevator was working for all floors so it took a long time just to get to the parking lot or your room.

It was a great place, great location and felt very safe there.

Instructions from getting to the place, picking up the keys, getting through security when parking and the elevator, was spot on. Overall, the communication was great.

− The wifi was our biggest problem. the instructions said it would prompt us, but unfortunately all it did was ask for the password. We didn’t have it, nor able to set it up.

Great host, beautiful apartment and great location.

The apartment is modern, clean and has a great view of the city. The host is excellent and this is the second time we have stayed there.

− The front desk (facilities management not the host) was really not accommodating and they wouldn’t let us go down and park in the parking space because the driver supposedly wasn’t on the list but we had him added on. He wasn’t even going to stay just drop us off with our luggage. The front desk ask wouldn’t give us access until we had the host add the second guest that was already added to the previous registration. They are not good to work with. Were it not for the host, location and the overall attention from the host we would NOT stay here again because of the facilities management company. They are horrible.

Love the location, the setup, the cleanliness and modern feel of the apartment.

− The front desk was very unhelpful. We arrived a little early to check in and we hadn’t received the QR code but which we totally understand but the front desk reception wasn’t jaleó full at all. We weren’t allowed to use the restroom or even leave our luggage while we went across the street to get something to eat while we waited for it be checkin time.
