Piso mal ubicado y cocina sucia.
3.0El anfitrión, André, que vive en la misma casa, es agradable, educado y colaborador. También, la cama era muy cómoda
− Tiene varios puntos negativos: La ubicación no es buena por imposibilidad de aparcar, calles estrechas y sucias. El piso no estaba muy limpio y la cocina estaba muy sucia. En el dormitorio, no había luces indirectas ni de mesilla de noche, sólo un luz cenital de cocina, súper molesta.

9.0Die Unterkunft liegt im Stadtviertel Collblanc. Es ist ein authentisches Viertel in dem überwiegend Einwohner leben. Die Unterkunft ist nur 5 min zur nächsten Metro Station entfernt und man ist innerhalb von 20 min in Barcelona Innenstadt.
− Es ist wichtig zu wissen, dass es eine geteilte Unterkunft ist! Wir haben das vorab gelesen, insofern war es kein Problem ☺️ die anderen Gäste wären sehr ruhig und freundlich!

9.0Andre is one of the best hosts I've ever had, he's truly committed to help you have the possible ever stay. The description and photos in the listing match the place: the apartment was simple but clean and with the amenities needed for my stay. The single bedroom is very small and the window opens to an inner courtyard, but the mattress and pillows were super comfy and I was able to sleep really well. The listing also says this is a shared accommodation, so the cleaning of the common areas like kitchen and bathroom rely on everyone's cooperation. The area felt safe, even to come back walking at night from Collblanc station. There was one organic shop 3 min away where I was able to buy fresh veggies to cook some of my meals, which was also great.
