8.0Quick response time by owner. Very close to all the action. Great water pressure in the shower. New stovetop, great heating. Everything was in good working order.
− The only issue we had was a smell when we arrived. We sprayed and opened a window and it helped quite a bit. I never complained about it because it went away so quickly. There could be a bit more cookware and glasses.

7.0The apartment was very cute and tastefully decorated! And quite clean. Plenty of towels are provided. Dishes are on site if you prefer to cook instead of eating out! Oven works well. Thermostat temperature can be controlled well. Walking distance to falls, although it is quite a long and strenuous walk, and one you really don't want to do more than once a day.
− The add was misleading in terms of the "private fenced backyard" much to our disappointment on arrival.. Almost the entire yard is filled up with another rental the owners have recently built, and what's left is shared space with other guests, so pets can not have freedom in the "fenced yard", and it is not private. Also the bed was extremely uncomfortable resulting in quite severe neck and back pain making my visit in Niagara falls quite hampered by my mobility afterward. I strongly recommend bringing extra blankets and your own pillows.

− I didn't like that you had to turn everything off to run the hair drier. If you change the breaker to a bigger amp breaker it should fix the issue.
