Well-presented property, but the air conditioning system is inadequate for the minimum comfort levels needed during Croa
7.0The property is very elegantly decorated, with a nice swimming pool and a far-reaching view of the Adriatic Sea. The property manager (Ms Jana) was very efficient and a great communicator.
− The air conditioning system is functioning poorly in the dining/living room area in hot July months (temperature constantly above 26°C), and it is turning off in all four bedrooms each night between 9pm and 6.30am (temperature rises above 25°C in most bedrooms at night, as shown on a photo taken one night).
Beautiful view, quiet area, lots of space, VERY high quality cookware, laundry appliances. Very nice and responsive host

− Pillows are small, uncomfortable and not good for sleeping. There’s no fly screens downstairs, hard to keep terrace doors open when weather is good.
