1.0− I book this place and I mail and message the host about my check in, and there wasn't any response they text me again about my check in time and to call the host when am close to the property, which I sent them the time and when I was 30min. close to the property I started calling the host and there was no response till I got there. I was at the property for over an hour with my kids and partner outside the property with no one responding my call. I later have to call booking.com for them to try calling this host and they also couldn't get hold of the host, and it was up and down till booking.com decided to cancel my booking. It was a very attitude for the host to do that because driving for 4hrs 45min. with your family and to be in such situation that u need to find another place in that evening was unprofessional.

1.0It was like I arrived in a slum. Parts of the walls coming off and not even enough cups! Dirty dishes hand towels for our bath towels! The back garden had fencing all over it with shoes and furniture! Shower runs Luke warm the place is a disaster. Mouldy crockery. Seats for 2 even though advertised for 5z
