New building with amenities such as pool and gym.
− We travelled with a baby and rented a car, we booked this place especially because is says parking included. We got there on weekend and the parking pass was not in the apartment. The management is a private party not the building administrator. After several messages management finally responded and said to pay for the street parking and they would reimburse. We did that but after leaving, sending receipts and contacting multiple times they have stop replying and they haven’t reimburse. Toaster was broken, I also informed the management, no response. Amenities for the kitchen are limited, even if you are planning to cook something simple. Glasses, cups and coffee mugs are made of plastic.
