Armoedig huis in luxe buurt
6.0De locatie en de ruimte binnen is geweldig. De tuin is groot en met een leuke zitkuil. Eigen oprit was erg fijn. Meerdere afsluit mogelijkheden was voor ons ideaal. De waterdruk in de douche is daarentegen fantastisch!
− Het huis heeft ernstig onderhoud en een hele flinke schoonmaakbeurt nodig. Bij aankomst lagen er nog allerleis boodschappen. De airco doet het niet, Electra is heel slecht (lichtknoppen werken niet, draden liggen los op de grond). Keuken is zwaar aan vernieuwing toe; de laag van de kastjes laat los, de indeling is onlogisch en beperkte inboedel. De dakramen kunnen niet dicht, lamellen waren stuk. De tuin was zeer slecht onderhouden (schutting zijn kapot incl. gaten), trampoline is stuk en bamboe steekt willekeurig door het gras. Bij aankomst was de vuilcontainer overvol en aangevreten door ongedierte. Hierdoor konden wij geen afval scheiden want alleen de blauwe container was enigszins beschikbaar. Gezien de hittekoepel was het bloedheet in huis. Zonder airco hebben we zelf diverse zaken geregeld maar als je een huis verhuurd met airco, moet die wel werken. Daarnaast was er beginnende schimmel in de badkamer en ontbraken diverse voegen in de woonkamer vloer. Onze hond kwam zelfs met een losse kitrand aangelopen. We konden zien dat er flink aan het huis verdiend wordt maar dat geld is wordt niet terug geïnvesteerd in het huis. Zelfs fatsoenlijke deurmatten zijn niet aanwezig.

− The property was not very clean. Several lights in the property did not work. There was no hairdryer available. The property was very hot and we could not control the heating from the property.
Easy to book. Great value.
10.0Bungalow was very well heated. The lights in the master bedroom stopped working. One set of lights didnt work in the sitting area. A few cobwebs around but nothing impacted our stay.
Excellent location would have been perfect, other than an electricity fault, which can sometimes happen
5.0The location and the layout of the property
− There was a fault with the electricity in the house; something was tripping out the house, which caused us not to be able to use the sockets in one side of the house. We did contact the owner, who offered some advice to resolve the issue, but without any luck, they were going to send someone out the day we were leaving
