What a great apartment! Very spacious: kitchen, 2 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen is well equipped and has everything you might need. Balcony is enormous,my kids loved running around it. Easy to find a parking space and excellent location in santa brigida, which is close to florence, pisa, waterfalls. Very promt response from agency about everything. We had power cuts several times in the morning and there were 4 of us, but only 2 sets of towels and 1 sheet were provided, I texted agent and received immediate response with solution. Very pleased with it. Would highly recommend this place

The apartment is great, the hostess is very hospitable, we also found coffee and laundry products. I liked the instructions written for the guests - everything is clear, without prohibitions not to do something. Location - 30 minutes by car to Florence center, but there is a shop nearby. One minus - sometimes the smell of sewage appears in the bathroom, but there is a window for ventilation and the room is scented 😉 Thank You and good luck 💚

Lovely apartment with a spectacular view

Very spacious and well appointed apartment in a small town about 30 minutes from Florence. The town is up in the hills so it's a bit of a climb if like me you have an old car but it's well worth it. The view from the balcony is spectacular whether you are enjoying your breakfast or an aperitivo while watching the sunset. The apartment has everything supplied, even washing powder, dishwasher tablets and so on. Really very highly recommended.

− The apartment description needs bringing up to date. According to a sign in the lobby the private parking garage is inaccessible due to a landslide so you'll need to find parking in the small parking area in front or on the road. This is not always easy, on the second night we spent 20 minutes driving around before we found a place. The description mentions a pizzeria 50m away. There is one, but it's been closed for over a year and there is no other restaurant in the town. The company responsible for the online check-in is unreliable, I uploaded documents for all guests and they lost them. They then called me and asked me to send them again after I was already in Florence with no possibility to scan documents.
