The entire apartment is outdated and in need of major renovation.
3.0The only thing I liked about my stay was that the beach was close by, although it was very dirty. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available, which was convenient. The bed was comfortable, but unfortunately it was also dirty. Overall, cleanliness was a major disappointment and negatively affected my stay.
− The property is far from the “luxury” advertised in the listing title. The entire apartment is outdated and in need of a major renovation. There were numerous signs of wear and damage, including stained walls, worn and stained flooring, and other areas that looked neglected. The condition of the apartment did not match the expectations set by the listing, and it certainly did not feel luxurious. Watch out for the extra fees you have to pay for amenities that are also way far from a 4 star hotel. I’ll rate it a 2-3 star hotel. With need of an entire renovation.

La heladera el aire el microondas todo en buen funcionamiento Las piletas del hotel son muy lindas y con reposeras cómodas el servicio de piscina es bueno. La predisposición de los dueños para resolver pequeños inconvenientes fue muy buena
