6.0The location is superb, the building impressive and characterful. The apartment has clearly been finished to a high standard and has several quirky features.
− The apartment is in need of some care, kitchen lights do not work, with a broken plug hanging off the shelf. The gas hob is disconnected and the electric hob stopped working after two days. There are no instructions for the cooker, which is probably easy to work...when you know how- instructions would have helped. One of our party has a serious food allergy and the cooking facilities were a main reason for booking this property. That they stopped working made this extremely inconvenient and cost us time and money eating out. The two messages sent to say the electric hob had stopped working received no reply.

6.0Günstige Lage, sehr ruhig trotz der Straße, schöner Schnitt der Zimmer in einem hübschen Altbau. Der Bluetooth-Lautsprecher.
− Die Armaturen und Scheiben im Bad waren stark verkalkt, von den letzten Gästen standen noch leere Dosen herum, in einigen Winkeln war es noch arg staubig.

− Kalk im Badezimmer, Kaffemaschine teilweise defekt.

1.0Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön. Sehr schöner Altbau mit tollem Stuck. Schöne Architektur.
− Super dreckig! Tierhaare überall; Bett war voll mit Tierhaaren; selbst auf der Tischdecke waren welche. Der Aufzug bleibt oft stecken und man ist dann darin gefangen. Vor allem für Kinder ist das u.U. gefährlich. Das Problem ist im Haus bekannt. Uns hat der Vermieter nicht gewarnt; Wir mussten erst stecken bleiben. Morgens um 8 haben die Bauarbeiten im Haus begonnen. Der Lärm war so laut, dass wir uns kaum noch unterhalten konnten.

7.0Veldig fin lokasjon og stor plass i leiligheten. Vellutstyrt kjøkken og moderne bad. Vil absolutt dra tilbake ved en senere anledning.
− Manglet instruksjoner før ankomst. En nabo åpnet for oss og vi fikk adgang til nøkkelboksen. Vert svarte heldigvis innenfor 20 minutter. Det kunne vært noe renere.

10.0The apartment is spacious, clean, and cozy with a modern interior. Great amenities: a TV with plenty of channels, board games, fitness equipment including dumbbells and a pull-up bar, a huge fridge, and a capsule coffee machine with capsules provided!
− The building is old, so the elevator doesn't always work reliably.
