10.0Very warm welcome. Very helpfull. Prempted what would make our stay more comfortable since we arrived when there was a heatwave on by offering things that would make us more comfortable. Complimentary kettle tea coffee snacks was excellent much better than we had the night before in Coventry in a double tree by Hilton. Lovely house Lovely host

− The property incorrectly listed the room on booking.com and it wasn't available. The only reason I found out the room wasn't available was because I called them and they told me. I asked for support in cancelling the room with a full refund and she was offensive, swore at me and hung up the phone on 2 occasions. Totally unacceptable behaviour and shouldn't be listed on booking.com
