The villa was clean, spacious, and well located. We especially enjoyed the private pool and had a comfortable stay.
− We had some issues with the electricity, which affected the air conditioners and the microwave, but everything else was good.

The location is superb in a nice area of Pattaya with excellent local shops and noce bar and beach restaurants close by. The accommodation was a home away from home, ideal for a small family or 2 couples. The villa had everything ypu could ask for. Check in was very easy and the host met all our additional requests. Highly recommended, I will definitely rebook on my next visit to Pattaya.

The layout of the villa is good. It's well designed and compact. The care-taker was ok. But the owners need to put in a bit more effort in the presentation of the villa.
− The pictures shown on Booking.com is not what we received. The pool was not really well maintained and clean. The couch was filthy. We were given probably a villa that no one wanted. I would not recommend anyone to stay in Villa number 65
