− The state of the property very neglected garden full of weeds paint falling off the walls garden furniture in need of repair Cleaning of inside very poor Shower curtain and bathroom full of stains Toilet seat twisted Carpet full of stains Pans in kitchen very bad Would not recommend booking this property at all been very neglected

− Parts of the accommodation were a bit tired looking and steps from sitting room to dining room were not suitable for people with mobility issues.

7.0The location and layout was ideal for a holiday for a big group. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. Lots of the decor was well done and in good taste. The bedrooms were big and the social space is ideal.
− Some of the apartment decor is very tired...scratched paintwork, very tired Kitchen. I had to clean glasses and other kitchen wear which was grimy with lipstick stains etc. Old, grimy conservatory and very tired Outdoor space. Not enough bathrooms for size of property.
