10.0Convenient location to the concert I attended and to union station/market. Quiet place. Had fan in the room which helped with the heating controlled by complex.
− Heating was controlled by complex and was a little hot in the unit. However, there was a fan to circulate air.

Very no frills but hard to match for the price and location.
6.0In terms of price, you can't beat this stay - we had our previous Airbnb cancel abruptly several weeks before our trip, and by then prices were very high for many other stays. This apartment was very reasonably priced and in a good location for our itinerary.
− You definitely get what you (don't) pay for here, however. The apartment itself is pretty spartan, which was fine for our purposes but it wasn't a place we would have wanted to hang out or see friends in. It was mostly quite clean, but the coffeepot had not been cleaned when we arrived and the bedroom closet has a bit of a musty odor - we kept our clothes elsewhere for the weekend. The shower did not have a plastic curtain, only a fabric one - all minor things, and not awful considering the price, but certainly not fancy.
