Horrible stay and completely unethical owner

Its horrible…its horrible….its horrible Please listen my advice and don’t even try this property. Owner of this property harassed me as well.

− Nothing I like in this property. See below all details: 1) Area was not suitable with family. Area seems to be rough area. This perticular duplex seems more than 100 years old. 2) Person did not communicate me any instructions but just a wrong code to enter. I was standing with my family of 5 trying to enter in middle of night making call on his number internationally to just get in. 3) Finally I got in. Very dirty place. With lot of stains on carpet. Broken kitchen floor. A bed where u could easily feel springs. 4) Very dirty bed sheets, smelly and small room with everything look so weired that literraly u would vomit. 5) In downstairs bathroom, very old style bathroom where in sink you cannot have mild water from same tap. You will see two taps in one tap very hot water and other cold. 6) In main level bathroom, there was a temporary water heated system which doesn’t give you enough water to take bath. It stops in middle many times. 7) Checkout time was set 10 am which was very early already. He sent his cleaning lady with bunch of people on my house knocking my door at 9:45 am asking me to empty this house. I was surprised that it was not even checkout time. 8) Now actual issue happened. I start getting cals and messages on my whatsapp number and person start threatening me to empty this house. I have put screen shots. Just see message at 10:02am. At 10:02am he called me after when his cleaning lady told him that we are still at house. On my request for little additional time he said he will call police. I said brother lets handle this issue calmly but he responded that I am not your brother. 9) In last moments our clothes that were stuck in dryer. We were trying to get them out of dryper but dryer was not cold so it was not releasing our clothes. This guy called us and start threatening me that you are playing games. His cleaning lady who was already in tried to resolve this issue but it was quite harassing situation.

No issue getting access or booking.

− Area seemed unsafe to walk at night. The apartment was in need of some TLC, mould on the bathroom ceiling etc. the shower took ages to get warm.
