9.0Ottimo soggiorno, struttura pulita e dotata di tutto, ottima posizione e host gentilissima e disponibile.
Vicino alla casa-museo del Vasari.
10.0A 10'-15' dalla stazione ferroviaria, ampio appartamento al primo piano, cucina accessoriata, disponibili cialde del caffè, sale, olio, scottex, lavatrice (non utilizzata); riscaldamento autonomo fortunatamente già acceso al momento del nostro arrivo; dog-friendly. Ubicato nella zona più bella di Arezzo, stando a Giorgio Vasari; zona tranquilla di giorno e di notte. Nella stessa via, sempre sullo stesso lato (a sinistra salendo), ci sono la casa-museo del Vasari e la casa di Pietro Aretino (non visitabile perché adibita ad altra struttura ricettiva, ma segnalata da una targa esterna); a poche decine di metri c'è il museo nazionale di arte medievale e moderna. Nelle vicinanze due supermercati (PAM e Conad).
