Absolute rip off scam
1.0Nothing. I got to the house and it was a house someone lives in. They had no room for me to sleep in and I had to book a motel last minute
− I didn't like the fact I paid to stay there and I didn't get to stay there.. I would like to get a refund some how if this is possible. I tried calling the owners number but they do not answer amd there phone dose not work
Stressful. Permanent student tenants. Not recommended for short term stay or mature adults.
3.0The initial welcome by the owner was very pleasant
− This house has long term tenants. They would come home around midnight crashing through the house. The kitchen was in a disgusting mess with pots left with food all over the bench. There was an issue with me wanting to use the ducted aircon during a heatwave. The tenants constantly left the main doors wide open which meant my room did not cool sufficiently. I asked repeatedly for them to close the doors. The tenant from the rear unit insisted I leave the doors open claiming it made the aircon work better. I was told to go back to my room and open my window. The hostility was subtle but unmistakable. I was relieved to leave this place.
