We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Ashley's Modern San Pedro home!
9.0Ashley was a great host. She was very responsive to my questions and offered suggestions of things to do and places to go. I asked if she had any beach chairs and she did not, but she ordered 4 of them and had them shipped to the house. We used them on 2 different days. The location was perfect! It was walking distance to restaurants and very close to the cruise port. We loved using the hot tub and fire table in the evenings!
− The dishwasher didn't work. We ran it a couple times before we even realized it wasn't washing. We saw right away it wasn't drying but thought we had to push a different button. But the dishes were just not clean and we had to wash them all by hand each time for 12 people. There were only 2 dish towels. I am sure if I had told Ashley about the lack of dish towels, she would have gotten more to us. I did tell her about the dishwasher not working so she could have it repaired for the next guests. There were also only 6 beach towels for 12 people. I bought more and left them at the house. There were only pillow shams on the beds in the room with 4 double beds. No pillows in pillow cases. We didn't like using pillows with decorative shams on them. The other 2 rooms had regular pillows.

10.0We had 7 family members staying the night before our cruise. This house is super convenient to the cruise port. We were totally comfortable and the house was WOW- modern is right! Loved the double sided fireplace in the primary bed/bath - stunning. The home was extremely well-equipped and our host was easy to work with. It was expensive, but so nice and comfortable and a great way to start our vacation.
